SJT Garden & Property Maintenance is based in Knowle and has been part of the village since 1976. Most of our round is within a few miles of it, which is what makes regular visits work: we are already nearby, so a garden gets seen when it needs seeing rather than when a route happens to pass.
Knowle
Home. Village gardens, long conifer and laurel boundaries, lawns on the regular round, and property work for houses coming to the market.
Dorridge
Lawns, hedges and full garden maintenance, plus fencing and gate work on the larger plots and their boundaries.
Solihull
Private gardens and property maintenance across the town, including work for local estate agents between tenancies and before viewings.

Knowle sits within a few minutes of Bentley Heath, Copt Heath, Hockley Heath and Balsall Common. If you are somewhere in that spread, ring and ask — we will tell you straight whether we can fit you into the round.

Being based in Knowle since 1976 means the round is local, the schedule holds, and Keith knows the gardens and the boundaries around here — which hedges go soft at the bottom if they are only shortened, and which fences will not survive another winter. It is the difference between a gardener who passes through and one who is genuinely part of keeping your garden right all year.
